    ReSEARCHThe ReSEARCH project database contains information on BAM's research projects.
    CHEMSAFE®The CHEMSAFE® database provides safety-related parameters of fire and explosion prevention for the processing, filling, procurement, storage and disposal of flammable substances.
    COMARCOMAR is the international database for certified reference materials. There are around 11,000 CRM from more than 200 producers from 27 countries registered in COMAR.
    DANGEROUS GOODSThe DANGEROUS GOODS (DGG) database provides prepared and condensed information from the relevant dangerous goods regulations that are required for the safe transportation of dangerous goods.
    GSBLThe GSBL is the shared central substance data repository for the Federal government and the Federal states, which contains the data from the DANGEROUS GOODS (DGG) database and others. GSBLpublic allows research free of charge for chemical substances and preparations as well as for dusts and dust groups.
    EPTISEPTIS is an information system about comparative trials.
    BAM List
    		The BAM list is the basis of substance-related prototype approvals for the carriage of dangerous goods in tanks. New microsite in preparation.
    Reference OrganismsBAM's collection of reference organisms includes micro-organisms and insects, which are used for standards checking and tests for industrial products.
    TRIBOCOLLECT
    		This numerical, tribological database allows constructors to find the ideal material solution for their tribosystem. New microsite in preparation. (German version only)

    Biocides Assessment Body

    BAM's biocides assessment body works on behalf of the approval body for biocides at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, BAuA).

    Eco Design and Energy Labelling

    BAM is named as the authorised body in both the Energy-Related Product Law (EVPG) and the Energy Labelling Law (EnVKG), and is contributing to the implementation of the new directives.

    The BAM library is a publicly accessible scientific special library, the thematic focus is on the areas of natural sciences and technology. The use of the library by external visitors is possible after prior notification by e-mail to Bibliothek@bam.de; the holdings can only be viewed on site in the library's premises.
