The Education and Training, Health Management unit supports employees in shaping their professional future in the areas of vocational training and professional qualification. In cooperation with the occupational safety specialist, we organize the legally required occupational safety qualification measures, are responsible for occupational health management, the anti-discrimination office, and advise on inclusion issues together with the inclusion officer and the representative for severely disabled persons. Our area of responsibility also includes the support and coordination of the external contractual partners of the social counseling service and the company medical service for the employees of BAM.
