The Human Resources section sees itself as a service partner that accompanies all BAM employees in matters concerning their employment relationship and advises and supports managers. The focus here is on recruiting, personnel support and employee development as well as work medical provision. Furthermore, we are in charge of BAM's Welcome Office.

It is our job to facilitate and guide the recruiting process and, therefore, find the right personnel that can achieve our strategic objectives.

Furthermore we play an advisory role for all our colleagues and answer all questions regarding their employment, e.g. questions about their contract, part-time work, parental leave or care for family members.

Our employee development program is set to assist all our colleagues to accomplish their diverse tasks with the required know-how and motivation. We support employees as well as executive staff with the proper implementation of appropriate tools that we provide.
