Quality mission statement
The order- and rule-compliant execution of our services is supported by a quality management system that contains the basic regulations of the organizational and technical infrastructure. Our quality goals are described in a quality mission statement.
Accreditations
The expertise of many BAM areas is monitored and confirmed by external bodies. With an accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 the management system of testing and calibration laboratories also meets the DIN EN ISO 9001 principles.
Scope of accreditations
The following is an overview of the accreditation for the testing laboratories, the calibration laboratory, the inspection body, the certification body, materials testing and for good laboratory practice at BAM.
Under the respective headings you will find information on the areas of competence for the accreditation of BAM’s various departments and the respective accreditation certificates with annexes.
further information
-
Reference materials producer
Certified reference materials in the form of non-ferrous metals and alloys, ceramics and glass, soils and sediments, food, ethanol/water solutions, aqueous solutions of stable isotopes, lubricants and fuels as well as porous materials
-
Calibration laboratory
BAM operates its own accredited calibration laboratory for force, temperature and electrical quantities. The calibration laboratory D-K-11075-08 is accredited by the German national accreditation body (DAkkS ) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. The services are available for both internally at BAM and for external customers. In addition, the calibration laboratory provides its expertise in the form of consulting activities, e.g. on the selection of sensors and measuring equipment, as well as in the context of research and development, e.g. for novel sensor and calibration concepts.
