The next generation of scientists are a top priority for BAM. We actively invest in discovering, attracting and promoting scientific talent. Committed applicants will find flexible and modern job opportunities, e.g. in chemistry, physics, biology, material sciences or in several engineering science disciplines. We particularly support the next generation of scientists with special programmes for graduate students, in our postdoc programme and the Adolf Martens Fellowship programme.
At BAM, our scientists and engineers come from diverse technical disciplines and research current, real world topics e.g. in energy, environmental and materials engineering. We also offer interdisciplinary models to scientists who are at the beginning of their career.
In all of our four locations the most modern technical infrastructure is at the disposal of our researchers. Some of the testing facilities are unique in Europe or even world-wide. We operate in national and international networks in which universities, non-university research establishments and industrial enterprises are our partners. BAM is very interested in intercommunication with other research institutes. We support PhD work and habilitation as well as bachelor, diploma and masters work, as it strengthens our co-operation with universities.
