Instruction for safe handling and identification numbers
BAM is responsible for the approval of blasting explosives and propellants
according to § 6a of the 1st Ordinance to the German Explosive Act. In
addition, BAM is also responsible for the approval of blasting accessories
according to § 5 Explosives Act.
