About Eurolab-Deutschland

EUROLAB-Deutschland was founded in Berlin in 1990. Since 1993 EUROLAB-Deutschland is a registered association and recognised as professional organisation.

Aims of EUROLAB-Deutschland

• Cooperations with technical-scientific associations with similar objectives at national and international level, in particular with the European organisations EUROLAB and EURACHEM
• Promotion of mutual recognition of test results
• Unification of the requirements for the quality management in testing laboratories at international level
• Developing a uniform conception of technical and analytical-chemical aspects of quality management and other relevant management systems

Members of EUROLAB-Deutschland

The 67 members of EUROLAB-Deutschland are experts, testing laboratories from the public and private area as well as associations representing more than single laboratories.

Committees of EUROLAB-Deutschland

• EDAC – Committee for Chemical Analytics
• EDAP – Committee for Product Testing and Certification
• EDAQ – Committee for Quality Management

The Committees of EUROLAB-Deutschland support the German representatives working in the different European organisations in the fields of measurement, testing, analysis, accreditation and quality management by submitting comments on draft standards and guidelines discussed in these Committees. They provide advice and information to the members of EUROLAB-Deutschland. They support the forming of opinions and the exchange of information among the members.
