Spectral and photometric optical reference methods

• Measurement and testing by means of optical methods in areas of relevance to safety
• Development and validation of optical testing methods oriented to the needs of customers
• Certification of optical reference materials
• Investigation of the properties of photoluminescent safety markings for use in working areas and for traffic applications
• Measurement of spectral reflection and transmission in the UV/VIS/NIR region
• Measurement of fluorescence (D65-simulator, Two-monochromator-method)
• Determination of retroreflection for safety applications in working areas and for traffic applications
• Measurement of specular gloss

 The working group has been accredited by the German Accreditation Council (DAR) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2000, Code no. DAP-PL-2614.08, for some of these methods.
