Chemical Sensor Technology; Sol-Gel Technology

Our main working area comprises synthesis, structure, properties and applications of amorphous and ceramic materials and films. We specialise in surface technology applications for microelectronics and sensors.

Testing, calibration and validation of gas and humidity sensors

Calibration of sensor elements and systems for the detection of gases, vapours and humidity according to DIN EN 61779 1-5- or constumer's demand
Sensors for the determination of H₂, CO₂, SO₂, NH₃, CH₄, volatile hydrocarbons and alcohols
