Division 6.3
Polymeric materials gain a growing segment on the market for functional and engineering applications. New findings are required on materials life cycles and the use of materials in different environmental conditions, as e. g. chemicals, heat and weathering, and on their combustion behaviour.
Division 6.3 contributes to the reliable estimation of the fatique life of polymeric materials by research and development, testing, analysis, and the development and supply of elastomeric reference materials.
