The task of the working group is to establish and maintain an information
system for the transport of dangerous goods
Applications available:
The Dangerous Goods Database is part of the Federal German information system of hazardous materials and dangerous goods. Data and applications using this data are used by the public and business to plan, conduct and supervise the transport of dangerous goods in compliance with the regulations. The database provides specially prepared and condensed information, based on relevant international, European and national dangerous goods regulations required for the safe transport of dangerous goods.
The Dangerous Goods Quick-Info is an easily accessible application with partial information to all substancesof the Dangerous Goods Database. It offers free of charge for many users sufficient information and is available in English.
The BAM List serves as a basis for BAM's substance-related prototype approvals for tank containers and portable tanks designed for the shipment of dangerous goods.
