Impact testing machine

Inpact on a reinforced concrete slab

Inpact on a reinforced concrete slab

The servo hydraulic 1000 kN Impact testing machine was developed to test structural members under impact load. The test facility is equipped with high quality control and a powerful servo valve.

The following load cases can be performed:

Due to the huge test area full scale tests can be performed in many cases. One of two different cylinders with a maximal test force of 1000 kN respectively 630 kN can be installed in the test setup. The maximal velocity of the piston rod is 4.5 m/s or 8.5 m/s respectively.
The solid load frame guaranteed a trouble-free closed loop control und a transfer of the control variable to the specimen.
